The July issue of Bon Appetit magazine recommends French Champagnes to go with barbeque chicken and fish.
Cuvee Roland Bauchet is a fantastic accompaniment for summer grilling, especially fish and chicken.
FDA Plant Registration

Registration of US Agent for Wineries and Vineyards mandatory by December 13th
As of December 13th, 2003, the US Food and Drug Administration, FDA, is requiring Facility Registration for wineries and vinyeards. The FDA is allowing registrants to submit their registrations on paper by mail or FAX or by CD-ROM. FDA will enter these submissions into its registration system as soon as possible, in the order received.
Note that it is NOT required NOR necessary to use a "for profit" label registrar. Each producer can self-register or we will also be please to help with the process. For assistance with these forms, please feel free to call us at Vins de Vie 1.509.242.2035.
FDA strongly encourages electronic registration via the Internet, which will be quicker and more convenient than registration by paper or CD-ROM for both facilities and FDA.

91 Points for the 1996 Millesime in Wine Spectator
The November 30th issue of Wine Spectator has given high marks to Bauchet's 1996 vintage Champagne. This limited production wine has already been allocated although small quantities are still available by special order. Contact Katuska at Vins de Vie to inquire about this delicious wine.
